NXNE 2008: Six Shooter Records

It’s Saturday afternoon, with the threat of bad weather behind us and full line up of Six Shooter Records talent ahead, the crowds gathered for the annual back lot BBQ. The stage was set; 12 bands, 4 hours, a BBQ, and loads of beer. It was definitely going to be a hot Saturday afternoon in more ways then just the weather.
The performances were in the following order:
- NQ Arbuckle
- Elliott Brood
- Jason Plumb
- Hey Rosetta!
- Hawksly Workman
- Melissa McClelland
- Luke Doucet
- Justin Rutledge
- Oh Susanna
- Chris Letcher
- Royal Wood
Unfortunately, I had to leave halfway through Royal Wood so I never got a chance to see Dog Bus. Well, there’s always next year, if not some other venue around town.
